About Kev The Care Home Singer Multi Award-Winning Entertainer
Based in Birtley, County Durham, I've been entertaining audiences for many years, performing at venues across the UK and overseas.
My journey has taken me from the south coast of England to the Highlands of Scotland, as well as some of Spain's most popular holiday destinations, including Benalmádena, Benidorm and the beautiful resorts of Majorca, such as Sa Coma, Cala Millor and Cala Bona, where I'm proud to remain a regular favourite during my monthly performance visits.
Closer to home, I've had the pleasure of entertaining in pubs, working men's clubs, hotels, coach tour venues, festive party events and community celebrations throughout the North East and beyond.
While I enjoy performing for every audience, my greatest passion is bringing music to care homes. There is something truly special about seeing residents singing along, smiling, dancing and reliving treasured memories through the songs they know and love.
Many of the people I perform for are living with dementia, yet time and again they remember every word of the music that has been part of their lives. Watching those moments of joy, connection and happiness is a privilege, and no amount of money could ever compare with the feeling of making someone's day a little brighter.
Whether I'm performing for a care home, social club, charity event, hotel or private function, my aim is always the same—to create an enjoyable, interactive show that leaves people smiling long after the final song.
